What do you want to happen to you to feel happiness? New house ? New car ? In this century of real illusions, our material contentment looks like the only way to feel real happiness.But the scientist, investigating the happiness and the premise for it , prove that until we are looking only for the material and content our desire with new car or new home, we will never be really happy.Actually, even the big event like marriage can't make us to feel really happy.They cause short-lived positive emotions, but they past go quickly.That means that if we wants to be really happy, we have to change our thinking and reach full harmony with ourselves.

3.Possibility for choice - the researches reveal that people who define themselves like independent and self-confident are three times more successful and satisfied from the life.They believe that have the truth to make a choice, when the situation is not convenient.So when the things are going worse, they can make the right choice.

8.Altruism - one from the easiest way to feel happiness is to give everything from yourself, but without expecting something in exchange.The altruism will bring up us to nobility and this will bring in our lives peace and harmony.Just open your heart and see how many chances you have to show your altruism.If you didn't have the possibility to help the other people, try to treat good with your family at least.You will see the positive things that this will bring in your life.
